FIRST ENCOUNTERS
CATALINA returns to EXQUISITE with ALEX and ANNA the following morning hoping to make provisions for the mergement of EXUISITE and GREEN VENTURES as stated in her Father's will earlier.
ANNA is excited to explore her options, overjoyed at how their Company will become one and grow with EXQUISITE. However, she spots FREDDIE and instantly has eyes for him as she cajoles CATALINA to introduce them. ANNA is excited as FREDDIE offers to give her a tour of EXQUISITE.
ISASBELLA'S DEAL
ISABELLA is seated behind her desk as she begins to ponder on MARK'S recent behavior towards her. NANCY seated next to her is taken aback as they both see BRIAN MILLER suddenly step in. NANCY quickly directs him to MARK'S office as ISABELLA stares wide-eyed and shocked at how BRIAN resembles MARK.
ISABELLA inquires about BRIAN to which NANCY reveals MARK instructed her to call BRIAN in today for a SHAREHOLDERS MEETING. NANCY is surprised at how little ISABELLA knows about her Boss considering the fact that she is dating him and never knew he had a half-brother.
In defense, ISABELLA spills dirty secrets she shares with MARK about how he was only deceiving CATALINA to get her inheritance so they could be together later. She reveals the fact that she CATALINA'S Father didn't write a will and the probability of "the will" they had was not the real one written by CATALIN'S dad, but MARK only needed to buy time to fix things for them.
NANCY is surprised about such information as ISABELLA decides to take matters into her own hands by making a deal with NANCY as to gain access to files on the MILLER brothers just to have a back up plan for herself. Nancy quickly accepts the deal as she puts forth what she really requires from ISABELLA.
THE BAIT
Meanwhile ALEX and CATALINA head to MARK'S office, but CATALINA is hesitant and stops him in the hallway afraid of being seen together by her husband. ALEX is hurt by her abrupt behaviour unaware ISABELLA is eavesdropping.
He quickly reveals his true feelings to CATALINA as he tells her how he had always wanted to meet her before the death of her father but she had been married to MARK. CATALINA asks for time to make up her mind as they are interrupted by BOB'S phone call.
BOB informs ALEX that BRIAN is in town and warns him about MARK'S plan B ahead of time. ALEX is furious as he learns this and decides to walk in with CATALINA giving MARK a taste of his own medicine...
