Season 2 Episode 4 

MEETING BRIAN MILLER

As CATALINA and ALEX step into MARK'S office, CATALINA is surprised as she unexpectedly meets BRIAN. MARK is filled with anger seeing his wife walk in with ALEX...BRIAN upon sensing his brother's tension introduces himself to ALEX, being sarcastic informing him he is right on time for the Shareholders Meeting.

CATALINA'S REPROACH

CATALINA upon hearing this feels betrayed and questions MARK about not being informed. MARK in turn sarcastically replies it was about time she paid attention. BRIAN again sensing the tension interrupts as ALEX proceeds to inform BRIAN of Mr. HARRIS'S acceptance of the merge between the two companies in his last will.

MARK looses it as he attacks ALEX declaring that the will was fake and his lawyer stated CATALINA'S dad died an intestate death...surely they were yet to find a will if there truly was one...

Having heard enough CATALINA speaks harsh words to MARK as she demands he respect her Father's last wish and angrily leaves with ALEX to show him his new office. BRIAN upon seeing this is displeased at how CATALINA speaks to his brother feeling displeasured about how things had gotten out of hand. BRIAN quickly mocks his brother and he tells him ALEX played his cards well knowing for a fact that someone tipped ALEX off about his arrival, giving him the upper hand. 

IT'S A WIN FOR THE MILLER BROTHERS

MARK informs his brother about placing BOB DRAGON in GREEN VENTURES only to gain ALEX'S loyalty as their spy. Hitting the nail on the head both brothers agree it's time to take out the trash.

VAN-CLAIRE suddenly walks in as MARK accuses him of being late. Offering his apologies, VAN-CLAIRE announces he has some news that delayed his arrival and spills the details that will change things forever...
